Saying good bye to 2018

We are in the time of the year when everyone gets a little relaxed. Taking a break from all year long working and training. Now we can prepare for 2019, the best year ever.

Behind me there is a successful and instructive year in all respects.

Among other things, I learned two important things for me:

- one is to do work, put in the effort to achieve my dreams; to go to the gym and work out; to speak up, even if I'm not in my best form.

- the other one is, to set as high goals as I can. Maybe I can not reach all my goals in time, but if I'm consistent on the road, I have grit, focus, discipline and work diligently every day, I'll get skills that will bring me closer to my goals.

I'm just at home in Ada, Serbia while writing this blog post. I do not skip all the daily habits practiced all year round.

(To read my previous blog post about my daily habits, click here). I am grateful that I have been disciplined all year long, so if I don't practice some of these things, I miss them and I still make time to them.

Overall, I'm very happy with this year. In all areas of life - health, relationships, finances, career, spirituality, emotions - I developed a lot.

First of all, I want to thank those people I worked with as a coach.

You've been through really good progress, I'm proud of you!

I'm glad we're at the same wavelength, and I could help you reach your goals.

What makes me particularly happy is that the workouts were in a good mood. When we were joking, everyone focused on doing something to the feeling and when it came to work, everyone had the right amount of work done.

Merry Christmas!
